IE University, an institution of higher learning that specializes in an innovative approach to training impactful leaders capable of creating a better tomorrow, has joined with PWN Global to offer a series of impressive scholarships to the PWN membership community.
As part of its mission, IE is dedicated to the advancement of women and girls through education and leadership development to provide the opportunity for them to be decision makers and social change leaders in all areas of society, as well as building more inclusive organisations.
“As restless entrepreneurs, we always seek out new ways to innovate to provide the most up-to-date education imaginable. This is reflected in our dynamic ecosystem, which comprises an extensive, top-tier global network, world-class virtual and on-campus facilities, an inspirational faculty and prestigious institutional partnerships, like this one with PWN Global.” Maria Osman, Director of Global Education Initiatives at IE University.
PWN GLOBAL’s mission is to accelerate gender balanced leadership in business and society by offering benefits and support to individuals in the fields of professional and people development.
“The missions of PWN Global and IE are perfectly aligned. We are delighted that our members will be able to benefit from financial aid that may have otherwise been a barrier to their entry into this rich range of programs that can really support their leadership development goals.” Amie Louie, VP Fundraising, PWN Global.
IE has made available 8 scholarships to PWN Global members who are able to pass through the rigorous admissions process that IE requires of all its degree/program candidates. The programs eligible for the scholarships are those that have traditionally seen a greater male cohort. By offering this financial aid, ranging from 15-40% of total tuition costs, it is hoped that the male/female ratios on the programs can be levelled.
Programs eligible for the academic year 2021- 2022, are MBA programs, specialised Master programs and Executive Education programs:
