PWN Vienna Workshop - Ladies in the Lead - Movie Learning Part II

We warmly welcome you to join the second of two Movie Learning workshops titled „Ladies in the Lead.“  Part II takes place on March 16th, and you don’t need to have attended Part I to join.

In this workshop we will explore many aspects of female leadership, including universal stories and patterns. We will show through clips from feature films and documentaries the importance of female role models, the change from a patriarchal to a more hybrid structure of society, and situations in which leaders need to balance certain tension fields.

We will explain what tension fields are, and explore how those tensions show up in your life and what leadership choices might help with reconciling the tension – this is the main goal of the workshop, to help you apply the learning and improve how you handles tensions that often arise in work and personal situations. You will come away with new insights, practical actions and inspiration from great female leader role models.

We will flip the typical format of a workshop. This means that we will give you access - two weeks prior to the workshops - to the clips that we will discuss during the webinar. This way, you can optimally prepare and participate more actively.
