ReBALANCE & FEEL GOOD Session aims to offer a blend of self-awareness & self-regulation tools in these challenging times.
Becoming aware of our thoughts and emotions is an important first step. Next, we can choose to embrace the restlessness of thought, the unknown, the uncertainty or the difficult heartbeats with ease and a “breathing heart”! We are going to experience it! The session will also offer some mindfulness & heartfulness tools, easy to use. EACH OF US has access to well-being at anytime and anywhere: indoors or outdoors!
