PWN Vienna - March General Meeting

12 March 2018 18:00 - 21:30 Hilton Hotel

How to better unlock your authentic leadership potential

"Great leaders don't set out to be a leader, they set out to make a difference". During our General Meeting in March, we will hold a panel discussion on different aspects of leadership. Check out the interesting and diverse profile of our panelists, and join us on this discussion!

Gerd Gerken predicted in his book "Management by Love" in the 1990 s that more spirituality will have to come into our business lives. He explained, "developing people along  their talents will be the main task of a manager!"  To lead people, teams of people on eye level, and to let them lead you as seemingly, will become the common leadership style. Authenticity will be key.
